Part II Architectural Assistant - Deadline for Applications : 23rd December
CAN is looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant with 1-2 years experience post qualification.
The ideal candidate will have experience in private residential projects through RIBA stages 1-4 and should have a keen interest across the creative spectrum with an open mind to working on a variety of creative projects including public art, exhibition design and workplace design. The role requires an individual who is pro-active and comfortable adding to the creative discussions in the studio. This is an opportunity to help grow and shape the practice moving forward.

Essential Requirements
- Strong visual and graphic presentation skills
- Experienced in Autocad and SketchUp (or similar CAD software - please list on CV)
- Experienced in Adobe Suite
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously if needed
- Strong design skills
- Have the Right to Work in the UK
Favourable Requirements
- Experience in Rhino
- Experience in Enscape, Vray or other rendering software
Particulars
- Start date: January/February 2025
- Working arrangement: Full time role (37.5hrs/week) with flexible working arrangements considered
- Salary: In the region of £31k; Negotiable (dependent on experience)
- No unpaid overtime
